Shopping on SwiftShop is quick and easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Browse & Select – Find your desired items and click "Add to Cart."

  2. Review Your Cart – Go to your cart and check the items.

  3. Checkout – Click "Proceed to Checkout", enter your shipping details, and choose a payment method.

  4. Confirm & Pay – Review your order and complete the payment.

  5. Order Confirmation – You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

To cancel or change your order:

  1. Check the Store’s Policy: Visit the website’s order cancellation or modification policy to see if changes are allowed.
  2. Act Quickly: Most sellers allow cancellations or modifications only before the order is processed or shipped.
  3. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to the seller’s customer service via email, chat, or phone to request changes or cancellation.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to return it after delivery.
